Please read these terms carefully before using Munal Desk
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Munal Desk, a product of Munal Digital Infrastructure Services (MDIS). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for an account, accessing the Munal Desk platform at desk.munal.in, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Munal Desk on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Munal Desk is a B2B SaaS platform designed for small travel agents in India. It provides tools for managing bookings, creating and sending itineraries, coordinating with vendors, tracking payments, and communicating with clients.
The platform is currently in beta. During the beta period, all features are available free of charge. Subscription billing has not yet commenced.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for a single user or agency — you may not share your login credentials with others.
You agree to use Munal Desk only for legitimate travel agency business purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, without refund where applicable.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform — including your client list, itineraries, booking records, and vendor information. We do not claim ownership over your business data.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. This licence ends when you delete your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter into the platform (including your clients' contact details) has been collected and is being processed in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Munal Desk is currently in beta. During the beta period:
When the beta period ends, we will introduce paid subscription plans. We will give registered users at least 14 days' advance notice before any billing commences, and you will have the option to continue on a paid plan or close your account.
Post-beta pricing and plan details will be communicated separately. No pricing obligations are created by using the platform during beta.
Munal Desk integrates with third-party services including payment gateways, email delivery providers, and WhatsApp Business APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.
We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or service interruptions of third-party providers. In particular:
We aim to maintain high availability of the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
During beta, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Munal Digital Infrastructure Services (MDIS) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business — arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or Rs. 1,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all booking information, pricing, and communications generated through the platform before sharing them with your clients.
All software, design, code, content, logos, and trademarks of Munal Desk are the exclusive property of Munal Digital Infrastructure Services (MDIS). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Your feedback and suggestions about the platform are welcome. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@munal.in. Upon account closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gangtok, Sikkim, India.
We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@munal.in before initiating any formal dispute — most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
